Shipping Policy
Shipping times can vary depending on USPS.
Orders are typically shipped within one business day.
USPS priority shipping is estimated to be 1-3 days in most instances, depending on the destination. However the delivery period can vary from 3-5 business days or more. Unfortunately, USPS does not guarantee delivery because there can be many factors that delay delivery; weather, processing error, slow traffic or heavy mail periods.
Returns & Refund Policy
If an order is dispatched to an incorrect address as a result of a customer's input mistake, Digestive Health Market shall not be liable for the costs associated with reshipping.
Returns & Exchanges: If you would like to return or exchange an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you are responsible for all return shipping costs. Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging.
Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will cover all shipping costs associated with replacing or returning the damaged item.
